Ayrton Senna’s qualifying lap for Monaco Grand Prix 1991 has made it in the Formula One history as one of the fastest lap records. Reaching speeds of 270 km/h and finishing the lap in just 1:20 minutes, the on-board video footage is electrified with the intensity of the mastered skill of the driver.
After all this time Ayrton’s words are still inspiring, urging us to never stop: “You think you have a limit. And then you go for this limit, and touch this limit, and then you think – OK, this is the limit. As soon as you touch this limit, something happens in you; suddenly you can go a little bit further. With your mind-power, your determination, your instinct and the experience as well, you can fly very high.”
